Staff are young, inexperienced. Management are young and lack people management skills

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. One of the positive things that staff often feed back to us is our ability to accept candidates without experience in social care (where appropriate). This is possible because of the great training we provide, for free. Our teams are often made of up a mixture of experienced staff and those who are new to the sector, which works well for the people we support, as it provides new ideas along with prior knowledge. Thanks again for your review and we wish you well in the future.

Support from Management and staff, friendly environment, fun places to work,

Minpunten

Night workers lack of sleep, lots of cleaning on top of the care, don't see management as they leave before we arrive for our shift

Flexibility, great understanding of wellbeing, supportive people with good values

Pay is higher at other non-charitable organisations, however the culture and work-life balance makes up for the slight difference in pay
