Some very nice people here, especially the SMEs, but the culture is predominately selfish.

Not a meritocracy. A lot of coasters here. This was not a supportive environment.

Unsupportive environment: The workplace culture suffers from micromanagement, passive-aggressive communication, and a clear lack of integrity from recently appointed management. Leadership Favoritism: Senior leadership tends to favor newly hired managers, failing to provide equal treatment, fair evaluation, or direct open channels of communication to the rest of the team.
