Little positive to speak of, a few nice people to work with but completely outweighed by dispiriting and incompetent middle and senior management.

Minpunten

Dispiriting and disheartening middle management which filters down to staff. No room for careers progression and severe lack of encouragement from managers. Left the business as soon as I realised that the staff were not valued. No pay rises for three consecutive year-ends.
