Bad culture - werkgeversreview General Manager bij Mach 1

A bad culture. My boss literally said that he is a "jerk" and he has no sympathy for people and their problems. He only cares about the job. They offer no employee development, and employees are only good for the good they can do. I was literally let go for being too nice. They want managers that drive their employees relentlessly even though they are only making 14 dollars an hour. Why would anyone work here if you have options. Honestly, If culture is important to you, don't work here.
