Beautiful product line for both garments and handbags. The office is fancy. Some organized events outside of work schedule. Fantastic showroom. Great to add to your CV experience.

Minpunten

The overall environment at the office is very negative. Some of the middle management are abusive and do not respect the employees. The HR staff is incompetent and does not provide solutions for the constant dramatics. Tears and screaming are common. Exceptionally dirty washrooms. Overtime is common. Generally a bad and uncomfortable work environment.

Poor choices for leadership selection Lack of global structure and influence No clienteling platform - keep client data on excel spreadsheet. Bending of rules when it benefits certain people. Not much growth opportunities within your store. No commuter benefits for those going into major cities Overworking subordinates while managers know and do nothing. Lack of team bonding
