The seasonal employees that come to work for The Mallards are full of energy and dedicated to making an extra income. The full time staff are pleasant overall. The outdoor environment is invigorating and the ball field makes for lots of entertainment.
Minpunten
The office and kitchen areas are cluttered and disorganized, lending to chaotic atmosphere. The policies and procedures regarding hospitality serving, along with gratuity, are lacking. Interns acted disgruntled over their summer stipend and the amount of time required while working along hourly employees who were making their $6 p/h.
