I've been in the field for some time now. Ive worked as a booth renter, salon owner and as a manager in a cooperate salon. To me Madison Reed has restored my belief in the Cosmetology industry. They truly live by the values of Love, Joy, Courage, Trust and Responsibility. They value and invest in the well being of their employees. Most companies are worried about the bottom line (profit). Madison Reed bottom line is important too, but somehow they have embodied the idea that we can win together. They have the courage to make hair coloring more than a side job but a CAREER.
