This leads to an environment where bad manners and arrogance are tolerated. The lack of esteem towards some employer leaks from the managers. Weak employers are abandoned rather than encouraged by their manager. Fixed working time with no flexibility. The growth of the employers is not led with clear goals. No perspectives in the long term.
