Reality: They lie to everyone. False hopes of how great the company is, lie to the clients about the connections with people who don't even know them personally. If you join, be prepared to bear the rage of these clients who have paid enormous money with no results. Passive aggressive directors who target people and make their lives miserable. When you talk about work stress they say "It is common in big organizations" When you ask for compensations and benefits "We are not a big organization"
