Magnitech makes working in a fast paced environment fun. There is a true work hard/play hard mentality. There are many opportunities to learn new things every day. If you are willing to put in the time and effort the possibilities are endless.

Magnitech is a great company to work for. If you are looking for a small, family environment, with growth opportunity, this is your spot. Everyone who works at Magnitech is really nice, and actually cares about you. The company has individuals on staff who are there to help you grow in your career and make sure your voice is heard. If you're hungry to learn, you'll excel even more. They like to have fun and frequently have company events. You get to work from home on Fridays. The CEO started as a tech at an MSP so he gets it and wants to make a difference. Magnitech is changing the MSP game.

Minpunten

Some reviews may point out some growing pains but Magnitech and the CEO have implemented policies and procedures to ensure these are not an issue. The CEO seriously cares about everyone who works there.
