Everything else. Training in office on the computer takes some hours out of your day, and I was surprised it is unpaid, where every other place pays you for that since it is necessary and required for your job. Pretty sure that’s illegal. No breaks or lunches, you have to eat or drink on the run in between houses, also pretty sure that might be illegal as well. It is very physically demanding and extremely tiring for the small pay and tips you get. Training on the job is also nonexistent and unrealistic; they expect extreme improvement in just 6 days if you’ve never done it before, and one of the maids complained that it is high turnover because they would put new hires in homes cleaning alone much too soon, making them quit from the pressure and unrealistic expectations. Red flags galore at this company… they actually said ‘We are like a family here‘ and had a questionnaire in the hiring process documents asking you all sorts of personal questions I‘d never seen before in any job I’ve ever worked at in my entire life, like favorite color, music, movie, candy, drink, food, etc… like they actually care about you as a person and human being… they don’t if they exploit you for hard labor with no real good pay or benefits to speak of. Stay away if you can. Not worth breaking yourself.
