Opportunities to advance are available and management is supportive of providing field staff different opportunities within head office if desired.

Minpunten

The drive from Christchurch is probably the only slight con, but Rangiora is a great place to live anyway.

Personally the business chose to break confidentiality with its OCP wellness support. Coming from previously being self employed, if a business or its employees cannot have their confidence remain private remain in place what trust can be placed in the leadership for the future. A toxic corporate culture. Newer management and above with no industry knowledge or leadership. Recent years of financial mismanagement have severely harmed the business and it's industry position.
