If you are charismatic, talkative and have good repo with management, then congratulations you will get promotion almost every 2 year. Act stupid and you will not get much work. Employees: - Nearly all the good hardworking employees have left organisation, some even left without having any offer in hand. Some people who cannot get job anywhere else are still in company. So equation is old people who doesn’t want to work plus new people who doesn’t know how to work. Some of the higher management are very easily approachable, some are tough to handle. The expectation is unrealistic and timeline is even more stringent. Teams:- All team (even internally within department) play passing the ball game. Some teams lack skilled resources, leads to additional burden on other teams as there head’s will not train them, but instead would ask them to put things on other team. Working hours:- Monday to Friday 9am to 9PM. Saturday will come some urgent requirement by management which would be required to be finished ASAP, might require many changes and update so whole weekend will go in it. No holiday during month-end. Even if it is national holiday or festival.
