My Manager's Pay: $191K/hr, My Manager's Manager's pay: $221K/yr, My Pay: $64k/yr. I was doing 90% of the managers work while he talked all day to his friends and family. NEVER gives pay raises, only more responsibility. Conflict of interest are EVERYWHERE!!! Most yearly raises are less than inflation. Everyone is defensive of their work. Management is dysfunctional, bickering, corrupt and only interested in lining their own pockets. Contract companies are run by the management so they can make money off making you teach Indians they are paying $7/hr and charging the company $85/hr for. HUGE disparity between incomes. Insider trading and false quarterly reports are routine, check the SEC filing and watch the 52-day moving average (you can make money!) They will create unrealistic deadlines, don't fall for that! It's only to justify their $200K+ salaries!
