Team structure is very vague, everyone is kind of just under the CTO Front-end uses their own in-house MV* framework that isn't well documented Happier to rebuild the wheel than include 3rd party tools Not many people in the org have the auth to give something the "go ahead" so decisions are slow and bottle-necked at the top

Pluspunten

The technology is cutting edge and ingenuity is highly encouraged. The culture promotes empowerment, giving employees the opportunity to lead when appropriate and support others when the mission calls for it. There is also opportunity to contribute to different programs in various capacities earing valuable experience outside of your core competencies.

Minpunten

There can be a steep learning curve when getting familiar with the various programs, technologies, and clients. However, support is available, and employees are willing to go out of their way to help one another.

Pluspunten

Culture is very fast-paced and high-performing. Really enjoy everyone who I work with. They're very smart, helpful, positive, and hard-working. Leadership also fosters a very flexible work/life balance with being fully remote and offering unlimited PTO. There is still a very high bar, but everyone understands things come up with families, appointments, vacations, etc. and respects that as long as you still fulfill your job responsibilities. Also very willing to move you around based on your interests and strengths-- will put you in a position where you'll be happiest/most successful.

Minpunten

If you don't do well with fast-paced and ever-evolving environments then you probably wouldn't like it here. Have to be comfortable with quickly approaching deadlines, high performance expectations, and easily adjusting to change. No 401K match, but higher salary will make up for that.
