Minpunten
Erractic hiring procedures in certain regions that involves nepotism. Low than expexted sales professions who gets promoted for not achieving goals. Nepotism occuring frequently and allowed to exist, driving higher achievers to leave. Some work 110% whilst other are hired to travel to events, have coffee catchups and play the blame games. Titles do not match responsibility. Hiring too many old school ex EMC who thinks selling software is the same as selling legacy hardware.
