Pro is if you’re FT you get a decent benefits package(only due to LVMH) discount is okay for bad quality product they sell for full price

Minpunten

-Workplace abuse is regular , an employee was reported several times for misconduct but nothing was ever done until they resigned -Regional manager will watch you on camera but find 0 ways to support you , Consistently kills good talent , No gratitude until you’re on life support -turnaround is promised , I saw 15 people quit and leave in a matter of 12 months -Employees are treated terribly

Adored my co-workers, enjoyed being in SoHo, fun and unique opportunities to contribute to interesting projects.

Minpunten

Leadership borders on cruel - undependable, dishonest and gaslighting. Goalposts are constantly moving, no consistent feedback, no mentorship, no guidance. Bosses do not protect their teams. Dog-eat-dog environment, and the worker bees are always at blame. Also, entry-level salaries for senior-level work.
