Solid company, good benefits upper management very involved with the communities they manage. Questions always get answered and help always available. Down to earth approach.

Minpunten

Not as progressive with technology as some other companies. To many manual systems.

Small company everyone approachable. Properties were well kept. Pay was competitive. Supervisors got back to you. Reasonable goals. Raises every year

Lagged it technology. Took to long to fill open positions. Somewhat limited growth potential.

The only pro is your co-workers. The ones I worked with were great.

Minpunten

Management is the biggest problem at this company. There is one in particular that is the worst manager I have ever worked for. Never gave positive feedback only negative. If you weren't one of the "favorites" you could not do any thing right. Created a lot of bad feelings among employees. This company should be asking why their turnover rate is so high among employees.
