Before joining this company I saw the reviews but I thought candidates would be exaggerating. This place doesn’t make any sense, if you’re a CS or Relationship manager, be ready for a long journey of non sense workload, where you have to be a CS, dispatch, routeleg manager, milestones manager, report manager, sales, mapping and most importantly, to be thrown under the bus by Marken employees who has a very good relationship with the managers. Favoritism all over the place, I saw people get promoted 3 times in a matter of a year, everyday there’s a new rule or SOP out of the blue just to put more pressure on customer service, yet you get blamed for everything.
