The company completely lacks humanity. Employees are machines meant to accomplish work for the company. There is no guidance from higher ups, there is no explanation for actions, and secrets are kept without any thought about company transparency. Regarding overall company functionality and logistics, they are the worst-organized company I have ever worked for. Need answers about payroll? HR? Need IT help? There are no systems in place. The annual review cycle is non-existent because they have no systems in place for that, either. I can't fully explain what a terrible experience I had here. VPs and SVPs do not manage, and when they do, watch out - they could be mysteriously fired without any explanation to the team. The CEO is only concerned with obtaining companies, not scaling their current operation or ensuring that departments function. As a result, many people are miserable which makes it miserable to work there. The only advice I can offer is stay away.
