Company not fixing software problems and continues to sell new features. Failure to understand root cause of product problems and some of those are not technical but process or decision oriented.

recruited from a good job to work for more money and a "great" company that was the leader in broadcasting technology. After successfully bringing multiple clients onboard, getting thanks and cudos from the owner and many atta-boy emails, I was laid off with no warning because of 'budget cuts". Reduction, twice in the same year. never again
