Overall, two of the best reasons are the wholesomeness of the organization and the enterprise, and the opportunity that exists due to the clarity of our mission and the leadership. Slackers find their way out the exit doors.
Minpunten
Our customers and associates are living in the era of rapidly advancing electronic technology. That technology is largely absent in our hotel and work practices. I assume some Marriott's have check-in kiosks, ours does not. We use 20th century radio communication on our property and not for all logical means.
