They push Safety and quality hard on associates, but bend the rules all the time to push production. Reactive as opposed to proactive in terms of fixing stuff which makes it very stressful on factory workers who have to work around or fix stuff constantly. Recent abrupt schedule change that split up associates, the selection process for who got what allegedly had guidelines, but was very obviously twisted for certain people. There is no work life balance depending on where you go, if your on straight nights you never have energy in work let alone outside of it.
