      Fix this company, you're losing money and talented minority associates!

      They have such diversity issues here, good minority associates get passed over constantly or have a glass ceiling put over them. Really hard to advance your career here. Also the business is ran like someone from the 80s teleported to 2020....Full of BS, buzzwords, lack of diversity moving up, bad decisions, chasing trends, not being smart, constantly doing reorgs, and the place is run off of popularity and mobility not talent!

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.
