Minpunten
Constantly changing titles/roles and restructures can lead to job insecurity. Must be nimble to succeed, but can be stressful. Downsizing resulted in short staffing and heavy work loads. Frequently changing management as well, but as typical with many large companies, there is little with experience on the day to day so 50,000 foot decisions are made without enough thought to the repercussions on the ground.
