Low pay, favoritism, nepotism. The only high paid employees are the owner's kids and they are not respected. Owner likes to socialize with employees. Makes a lot of promises when the beer is flowing, but does not follow through. Low pay and constant monitoring of how many transactions you process, how many calls you take. Any personal calls are tracked and emails are constantly checked by owner. Not a big deal, as you are on company time and on company equipment, but you should be aware that everything you do and say is watched. Someone was checking their credit card bill online and comments were made about this person's spending habits. Ex employees complain of not getting their final pay.
