The training & Learning platform is excellent in MashPoint . I joined as a recruiter a year ago..i joined as a fresher ..i learned so much during my tenure in MashPoint .Seniors are very cooperative ,they guide us in a correct manner and also mentor us in correct way which help us for better understanding in USA staffing industry .Company is growing and it always give chance fresher like us to explore our capabilities in the modern recruitment industry .

Not so far ..only what i found they are very much process oriented company..which we never be cons.

Working as team with your co-workers, a lot hands on and working with customers face to face, it is very up lifting Good payroll, benefits and HR system.
