Great products and interesting work. Cutting edge technology

Minpunten

Very poor pay. Almost 10 years behind. Convoluted comp plan. High turnover within the sales and clinical team. The ones who are left behind have to work 4x as hard to make sure customers are supported.

A lot of change: It has been very dynamic and with the acquisition there is more change to come, but the sooner we get to some normalcy, the better In Office Full Time: While there is flexibility in each department, it would be great to have a company policy around flexible days for WFH
