Fast growing plant in Malaysia. So that you may get a lot of exposure dealing with bringing in new products.

Minpunten

Poor system. There is no system like a common OEM company. The plant works like a contract manufacturer. Just working on the output and care nothing about compliance and quality. Outdated system, the planning still using excel. It is ridiculous for a US listed company.

A lot of change: It has been very dynamic and with the acquisition there is more change to come, but the sooner we get to some normalcy, the better In Office Full Time: While there is flexibility in each department, it would be great to have a company policy around flexible days for WFH
