Minpunten
Manager was brand new and rude. Talked badly about employees behind their backs. She also tried to get one employee fired. Then told me I could have her hours so I waited maybe 3-4 months for this to happen or for the lady to move to another location. Plus I asked for hours for months. Then they hired on a new person because they were a barber. They ended up quitting and so did I. I was promised more hours and never got them. Manager told me how to mix up a color and apply and I followed what she told me since I was fresh from school. Client hated it. This happened twice and they told me I could no longer color hair. Made me color on mannequins only for practice. After a month of that they said I could do some colors. Which there was no way I was going to ask for permission to do a color in front of people. Commission is a joke. Literally got maybe a couple dollars more. But I wouldn't know since they never taught me how to check it. They always forced you to run around and give out cards, I had to drive around town mind you. Very forceful and I felt uncomfortable. Other employees there are rude. They will sit and take 4 hours on colors for their friends while you work your pants off with everyone else and checking people in. Then they just chill while the clients process and don't help out.
