Pluspunten
Hardly anything I came across.
Minpunten
1) Changing Management Decisions - Management frequently changes decisions to suit their needs. Initially, the role was promised to be completely WFH. However, they later required employees to relocate to the Bangalore office, offering a relocation allowance of 2L (1.5L as a relocation allowance + 50K to be claimed with proofs), with a "NO RESIGN POLICY FOR A YEAR POST RELOCATION." 2) Layoffs Layoffs occur quite frequently. The company tends to hire college graduates at lower pay scales, train them, and then lay off senior employees with higher salaries. The reason given for layoffs is often "poor performance," even if the same employees have received value awards in the past. 3) Rating Recalibration Yes, ratings can be recalibrated to fit budget constraints. 4) Late Working Hours Expect your life to become difficult. I was denied my pre-approved leave and had to work late nights to meet unrealistic deadlines set by managers. The only reason for these late nights was the unrealistic timelines promised to clients, causing us to suffer. Managers show no sympathy and are only concerned about getting the work done, regardless of your mental state or even if you are working from an ICU. Layoff Experience I was laid off and not allowed to serve my notice period. A piece of advice to current employees: if you are on the bench (not assigned any project/work) for a month, consider this a silent layoff and prepare for the final news. Review Patterns here - Notice the pattern of reviews here. After a negative review, you will often see a sudden positive one-liner review to balance the positive and negative ratings.
