Minpunten
Some mid-tier managers became manager because they stayed with company long time, not because of their capability. Interview process is lengthy and official not practical. Some smart people, but many are average since company doesn't offer competitive salaries. They hire people from south west low salary area to save cost. You have to watch out the bonus term. It is not percentage of your base salary. Rapidly hired many people in recent year, but revenue is flat even keep offering products discount.
