Everyone's very nice to each other and truly care about their lives. Amazing benefits. A lot of cross-team functionalities and you really learn a lot from Matrix.

Small team- it can be busy sometimes but totally manageable. Everyone wants to help you solve any problem or blocker even though issues can be tricky.

After working at a handful of much larger shops, I couldn't feel luckier to have landed at Matrix. Excellent work live balance with tons of flexibility and an incredible benefits package. Really intelligent group of people who just get along well, and so nice to be on a first name basis with all of the C level executives. Matrix also offers a great variety of post trade platforms and unparalleled customer service in an area that is mostly dominated by by larger firms. Can not recommend this place enough, and am very excited for what the future holds for Matrix!
