You don't get what you deserve. - The new office is in some industrial area where, so much dust and pollution is there that you need to take batch once you reach office. - No work from home. Strict office timings. - In case of medical emergency, you get absolutely no help or support from the company. At max the HR will call you for courtesy if it's a minor accident. If it's a surgery or something bigger, someone from the management probably COO will call you. - No transparency in roadmap and planning. - Bunch of kids goofing around in the design team.
