Environment was very friendly and positive.

Misleading of actual job duties during the interview process. They hype up going to "events" during the day when in reality you are standing at sales booths attempting to sell Spectrum packages to people shopping in Kroger. Hours are 60 per week Monday-Saturday. Zero benefits. Commission and base salary are very low starting out.

If you’re friends with the boys I guess you may get higher up the pyramid.

You pay for your leads. The leads then get funnelled up the line to the closers. You get the scraps. Please do not waste your money starting at this place. If a job makes you drop money it’s not a job. They’ll tell you it’s an investment. Your money is better spent elsewhere I promise you. As far as what you are selling is bottom barrel health insurance plans to people in the worst situations so if you can handle 400 calls a day trying to squeeze nickels from peoole who only have Pennies this job may be for you.
