Management is incredibly unprofessional. If you do to the manaaer for your concerns/needs, you will be cut off or walked away from. The turnover rate is unreal. People don’t stay working there because of the management system and terrible communication. They need to hire more people to have the dogs actually cared for properly. Instead, we had 3-4 people working a 5 person job. Management won’t help when you’re understaffed. They just keep bringing dogs in (mostly puppies) because they’re money makers for the company. People get hurt, dogs get sick, Nothing is done to help the actual dogs in behavior need...but at least the Maxfund is saving on staffing. There is no advancement or raise increases, either. Even if you are the assistant manager. No benefits whatsoever.
