Pluspunten
1. One positive i can think is CEO, its only him who is trying to get revenues through acquisitions other wise Maxlinear's engineer team just does not create a product which can be sold. 2. I am not sure since this is not my domain, but people say that, in RF/analog ckt design work is OK in India and VP handling this domain from US is also far better than other VPs who lack skills/competence in areas they are managing.
Minpunten
1. Engineering organization has rot starting right from the top. So much favoritism towards own people, who are almost at the end of engineering life. For organization of this size, such kind of environment is really shocking. 2. India is even worst, India top management is in-experienced, incompetent for position, insecure and political. They got ears of top management so just play the games to secure own position.
