Where do I even begin. This is one of the most toxic, unprofessional, and mentally exhausting workplaces I have ever experienced. Work–life balance is a joke — employees are allowed only one day of leave per week, and even that feels like a favor rather than a right. Random shift timings are imposed without prior discussion, planning, or respect for personal commitments. Stability does not exist here. The ego of team leads is unbelievable. Feedback flows only one way — downwards — and questioning anything is treated as rebellion. Instead of leadership, you get control and intimidation. Boundaries are non-existent. Management freely interferes in employees’ personal lives, passes comments, and creates an extremely uncomfortable environment. Unprofessional behavior, including flirting and favoritism, is openly visible and quietly encouraged as long as you are “liked” by the right people. If you are not part of the inner circle, be prepared to be ignored, overworked, and sidelined. Favoritism decides growth, not skill or performance. Empathy is completely missing. Even in genuine emergencies or health issues, employees are pressured to come to the office at any cost. Human problems are treated as excuses. The overall culture is built on fear, control, and silence. Mental health is not just neglected — it is actively damaged here. Advice to Prospective Employees: If you value your mental peace, dignity, and personal life — think very carefully before joining.
