The team are so great! They’re like your family depends on how healthy your family are.

Minpunten

1. Juggled multiple projects at once due to bad project management and unfinished projects but-had-to-deliver. 2. No increment for years even if they told you that YOU ARE the employee of they year / all the time or when they told you how great you are. THEY NEVER INCREASE YOUR SALARY, they’ll keep it bare minimum, because why bother compensating fairly when you can keep it cheap? 3. They’d offer you promotion when you are about to leave after years of working under pressure with underpaid payment. 4. They LIED about your salary to the client, they will tell about 3-4 times, and I WAS THERE hearing about what client said before the upper management dismissed me. 5. They will intentionally pick fresh graduate with low skill so they can grind them to the maxx. 6. For god sake’s do they even know how to use git? 7. There’s always new people joining, high turnover, do you even know what it’s meant? Something is wrong. 8. Few people here’s just gained stockholm syndrome otherwise I can’t comprehend why they’re staying for years. 9. You will be micromanaged and monitored all the time through CCTV and they had enough time to do that! 10. I can list for more but it’ll be never ending.

Nice and good enough coworker (mostly)

Minpunten

- No transparent deadline - No leave compensation, even there are the goverment written laws - You got watched over the CCTV all the times (for real) - The SPV's not the competent person that handle the projects - Too many complaints from HRD when someone watching Youtube or something not relevant to the projects, even just a little bit (the internship mostly got the complaints) - New face or person every year (something wrong I guess) - Don't have a SOP at all, so you working by yourself as well - No career path - If you want to be promoted to higher position no need to be the best in the division, just be a person that polish the apple everytime (not guaranteed though) - No bonus or incentive when the target is accomplished early - Sudden overtime like usual bussiness, but it's not a big deal cause the deadline at that time isn't the real deadline
