Salary on time. No work for extra hours you only need to complete 8:30 hours per day.

Minpunten

=> No value of the employee. => Company management thinks you are a good resource then you have growth in terms of salary, onsite opportunity, etc. no matter how you perform. => Indian Company management needs a crash course in management. => I don't understand they are really fooled or act like a fool. => If they think you want to leave the organization and you have a dependency on some project, they will treat you special like awards or NL trip for few months, etc.
