I don't have find any pros.

Minpunten

1. They are very Lazy and they have worst interview management. 2. They don't value their commitment. 3. The salary is very low. 4. Two year bond in starting 5. They call people at any time whether it is 2 am. 6. Put you in any segment. 7. They are the biggest liers. 8. I never recommended fresher to join try hard to get placed in another company and know the salary structure.

1. Best place in current market to learn new and expose technology 2. It is a startup company so you can indulge in all part of software development phases 3. Good Human resource welfare schemes (Food, Transportation and Unplanned Leaves are available)

Minpunten

Since it is a starup salary will be less but work pressure will be more. Still knowledge gaining is guranteed.
