The lab team was solid and tried their best with what that were given. Pay and benefits were good.
Minpunten
Originally was a COVID start up and had no plan what to do once the pandemic slowed down. I think they have laid off close to 80-90% of the original company, often blindly and after telling us our jobs were "secure". It became clear the top of the company did not care about the technician team that was the core of the company during the pandemic. Without any communication of the future of the company they quickly got rid of people without any transparency or communication that the company was headed in another direction.
They installed a full "security" camera system which they used to watch the lab team. After spending time in other parts of the company, I realized they were much stricter on the lab team about certain policies than they were in the company warehouses or business offices.
Lastly, they would typically cut technician hours randomly and without warning when there was insufficient amounts of lab testing.
Overall, it felt like it was Administration VS Employees most of the time and that is unhealthy for any company.
