Very Very Stressful. You either make it or break it but I grew faster in Medilink compared to my previous company. It's like going on bootcamp for your 6 first months but eventually, after that period, you'll be the best at your craft. I learned a lot and even up to this point, I'm still apply what I learned to my current job and it's not just being DBA. Imagine working rank and file but you have the eloquence of a manager, the critical thinking of an analyst and the technical skills of a developer. You either quit early or see yourself molded into one competent champ. Plus, the guys there are friendly. Everyone is approachable.
