Lots of questions come up and sometimes everyone is so busy, that you have to wait to get the answers you seek. unless you are a extremely quick learner. The multitude of the tasks could be overwhelming at time. Prospective employees should be capable of being flexible and able to multi-task and be able to work well on their own whether on-site or remotely.
