- Fun staff, although cliquey, they do like to have a good time as all sales people

Minpunten

- Pay is terrible - Senior management is catty and childish - Revolving door, people are constantly quitting - Don't match a 401k

Hannah, CEO here. Sorry to hear this feedback, it looks like here you are still with us. Please know my door is open, I am in NYC now to spend time with the team here. As an organisation we are passionate about L&D, but there is also an element of learning on the job and via osmosis from the other talented people we have in the business. Pay is directly reflective of success, and as a high performance organisation that will always be the case. There are examples of people earning over $500k in commision a year, life changing amounts of money! As I say, my door is always open to current and new team members. Please reach out.

only con I can think of is they work you hard, but it came with making a lot of money so I can't complain

Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
