Very supportive and welcoming environment. I came in with a multitude of questions about life sciences recruitment and between the simple but team leaders and my colleagues have always been happy to answer them. This combined with the simple but in depth training has allowed me to get up and running quickly in what is an extremely mature and independent working environment.

Minpunten

No issues so far. Things can move quickly at times, but the team are always ready to help out with advice as and when necessary to give you the tools to make the most of such situations.

Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
