I automatically had an office full of best friends who were likeminded in our career growth goals, but after 5 p.m., there were also all of my best friends to hang out with - Alumni network: I didn't quite get this before I worked here, but I have seen it firsthand now, so I can vouch that there is a great alum network here that is very well connected, and anyone who has gone through mB loves to help another who has done the same. Lots of future opportunities

- There are plenty of places out there that offer more in terms of pay or benefits. That being said, with the new comp structure, a top performer can definitely make well above the industry average. I wholeheartedly believe the skills you develop will pay dividends in the long run, but that's definitely a decision you have to make - There is pretty little work-from-home flexibility in the beginning. Once you're more tenured or a top performer, it opens up but definitely tough at first
