No mandatory office days or pretend remote work like other companies. The CS Team is the best. Very supportive, great to work with and super fun.

Everything is fully remote, which works well for me most of the time. But if you like in person interaction, you might need to wait once a year for a workshop event. Also, if you don't have suitable working conditions at home, an office is not available to you unless you live in Germany.
