There is quarterly chances to raise your hourly pay by ten cents. It also was nice if you met your hour requirements to be eligible for profit sharing.

Minpunten

Management is horrible. I minored in management and it was apparent how untrained and incompetent the majority of their management staff were.

Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
