Menards has very good benefits even for part time employees, and can often be extremely flexible when it comes to hours for high school, and college students. Every holiday you will get "gifts" in the mail, and co workers are generally up beat and friendly.

Minpunten

Depending on your manager your experience will either be great, or a living nightmare. Your biggest issue will be the customers, not so much the workplace itself.

Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
